Our passion is in empowering Quality Control Managers, General Contractors and Subcontractors with the training and tools they need to excel in Quality Control.
A little about us;
Greg came up through the ranks of the Sheet Metal union and was a certified Test & Balance Supervisor, Building Systems Commissioning Agent, and Small Business Owner before coming over to Quality Control in Federal Contracting. Greg has been doing Federal Construction for 30+ years. He continues to do Quality Control work for the railroad and a large International Solar Company to this day.
Renee has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Colorado State University. She worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Thiokol Propulsion for NASA, along with several Intel Facilities across the U.S., before getting into Federal Construction. She owned a successful WOSB, 8a General Contracting company based in Colorado, until she graduated from the 8a program. Renee has been in Construction for 26+ years. Today, Renee travels training Qc teams and does speaking engagements to industry groups about the importance of Quality Control.
Together, Renee & Greg have trained QC Managers across the globe, along with General Contractors & Subcontractors on Qc Requirements. They are also Amazon Best Selling Authors and have two books on Construction Quality Control.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after my year in the QCU Membership is up?
After your year, you will continue to have lifetime access to all of the training modules and forms in the QCU Membership. You will, however, no longer have access to the live monthly calls. However, if you wish to continue with monthly calls and support, we have a continuation plan option in the store, which you can purchase for $500 per year. This will continue your support and calls.
Can I re-use the forms on multiple projects?
Absolutely, the forms and templates were created to be used across all of your projects today and in the future.
Can I add to the recorded training modules for my staff?
Many companies have company-specific training they wish to add onto the recorded modules to use them as onboarding tools for future staff. This is OK we only ask that you leave our training intact, as we will not be reviewing any additions you may make.
Are you reachable for questions that may come up during the training?
YES! With our QCU Membership, there will be a monthly live Q/A session where you can ask any questions you may have on the training or issues you are seeing on-site.
What if I can not make the live Q/A sessios how will I get my questions addressed?
Don’t worry, you will be able to submit your questions via our private Facebook group before our live sessions. If you can not make it to the live session, they are recorded and posted in your membership dashboard to access when you are able to. If no questions are submitted ahead of time, or if it appears private calls need to be made to discuss specific site challenges, these calls will not be recorded and uploaded.
What if I can not complete my 12-month payment options?
If you cancel before your payments are complete, aka before the 12 monthly payments are made, you will no longer have access to our QCU training or the monthly live calls. While you are current on your payments, and once they are complete, you will have Lifetime Access to the QCU Training Modules.
